1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting a wallet to krazykaren.app (the "Site") and submitting content via the Solana blockchain, you ("User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or its associated smart contracts.
2. The "Interactive Computer Service" Declaration
This Site is a provider of an Interactive Computer Service as defined by 47 U.S.C. § 230.
- The Site Operator is NOT the Publisher: Under federal law, the Site and its operators shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by third-party Users.
- User-Generated Content: All images, text, and links submitted to the Solana blockchain and displayed here are the sole responsibility of the individual who authored and transmitted that data.
3. Decentralization & Immutability (The "No Delete" Notice)
User acknowledges that this Site utilizes Solana (blockchain) and Arweave (permanent storage) protocols.
- Permanence: Once a submission is confirmed on-chain, it is technically immutable. The Site Operator does not possess the administrative "master keys" to delete, alter, or censor data stored on the decentralized Arweave or Solana networks.
- Irreversibility: Your submission is permanent. Do not submit any content unless you are prepared for it to remain publicly accessible indefinitely.
4. User Warranties & Liability
By submitting content, the User warrants that:
- They have the legal right to share the information/media.
- The submission does not contain Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- The User understands they are solely liable for any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.
5. Fees & Tokens ($KKKK)
The use of $KKKK tokens to interact with the Site’s smart contracts is a transaction between the User and the Solana network. These fees are non-refundable and represent the cost of utilizing decentralized storage and computational resources.
6. No Warranties ("As-Is")
The Site and its tools are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the uptime of the Solana network, the speed of Arweave indexing, or the accuracy of the content submitted by other users.
7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
While the Site Operator cannot delete data from the blockchain, we respect intellectual property rights. To report a copyright violation appearing on the frontend of this Site, contact: krazykaren007@proton.me. We will review requests to de-index or hide content from the Site's interface where legally required.
